Tomato, Cucumber, Salt, Pepper, Baby Spinach & Mayo sandwich
Hummus & Pretzels on the side
Snack:
Banana
(Snack we're going to ignore: Nerds)
Dinner:
Spinach Salad, with walnuts, goat cheese, and dried cranberries
